Large Keepsake Memory Bear

Lovingly handcrafted from your cherished clothing items, our memory bears are a beautiful way to preserve treasured moments—whether celebrating the early days of your baby’s life or honouring the memory of someone special. Every bear is made with care and attention to detail, offering a lasting keepsake that brings comfort for years to come.

Each bear sits approximately 30cm tall and is crafted using:

• 7–10 baby grows (or similar baby clothing), or

• 1–2 adult garments

Personalisation Options

• Personalised Feet: Add up to two words per foot using heat-pressed vinyl lettering (e.g. names or dates).

• Birth Weight Option: Have your bear weighted to match your baby's birth weight (up to a maximum of 10lbs).

Please include your chosen text and/or birth weight at checkout. If you're unsure or have special requests, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

Please do include your name in your parcel, I will then contact you to advise and keep you updated with the progression of your bear.

 Turnaround & Delivery:

Current turnaround times will be updated on the website weekly. You'll receive an approximate delivery date via email once your clothing items have arrived.

Please note: turnaround time begins when your items are received, not when your order is placed.

Clothing Requirements & Special Requests

While I work carefully to incorporate as many meaningful details from your clothing as possible, please include a note in your parcel if you have specific design preferences. If there are any garments you definitely want included, be sure to indicate this clearly.

Unused full items will be returned with your bear; fabric scraps are discarded unless you request otherwise.

Please avoid sending:

• Very delicate or thin fabrics

• Hand-knitted items

• Thick materials like leather

Care Instructions & Safety

Please note: Our memory bears are keepsakes, not toys, and are not CE tested. They are intended for decorative use only and should be kept out of reach of children under 14 and pets. Due to small parts and weight, they must be handled with care—especially weighted bears, which should be supported with both hands.
Do not lift by the head or limbs, and avoid dangling.

Cleaning: Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine or hand wash.

Materials & Construction

• All bears are lined with a quality woven cotton interfacing to stabilise the fabric and enhance durability.

• Stuffed with 100% polyester filling (fire-retardant and BS5852 tested).

• Weighted bears include recycled steel pieces, carefully enclosed for safety and balance.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of each keepsake, returns and refunds are not possible once work has begun, and any garments that have been cut cannot be returned.

Photos of completed memory bears may be featured on our website or social media. If you’d prefer your bear not to be photographed, just let me know when you place your order.
